How does billing work?
All plans require a card on file via Stripe. On the Free plan, you’re only charged if your file exceeds 65 line items. On Pro, you pay per file after generation. On Unlimited, you’re billed monthly.
What counts as a line item?
Each individual work item extracted from your PDF estimate (e.g., “R&R drywall 1/2”, “Paint 2 coats”) counts as one line item.
What if my file has more line items than included?
You only pay the overage rate for extra lines. Free includes 65, Pro includes 300, Unlimited includes 500. Anything over is billed at the plan’s overage rate.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade to Unlimited anytime and cancel whenever you want — no long-term contracts.
